Shannon Lowther is the Managing Partner of Central Pacific Valuation. She is a specialist in performing business, business interest and intangible asset valuations.
Shannon has 20 years of valuation experience and nearly 25 years of financial services experience. She has served a varied and global client base ranging from small closely-held companies to large multinational corporations, venture capital and private equity funds, and family offices. Shannon performs valuations for estate and gift tax purposes, transaction support, financial reporting, litigation support, and strategic analysis. She has served clients across a range of industries.
Prior to forming Central Pacific Valuation, Shannon was a Director with the San Francisco and London valuation practices of Grant Thornton LLP, a global accounting and advisory firm. Before that, she worked for the San Francisco/Silicon Valley valuation practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and KPMG LLP.
Kevin Lowther is a partner in Central Pacific Valuation where he specializes in valuations of businesses and business interests.
Kevin has over 25 years of international financial services experience including banking, stockbroking, financial markets information and trading systems and business valuation.
Kevin worked in the financial markets in New Zealand both as an investment banking analyst and equity research analyst. He then became country manager for IRESS Technology providing information and trading products to financial services firms. He then moved to London where he was a director at a specialist management consultancy before joining Reuters as a global business manager in their institutional equities division overseeing and developing a portfolio of information products.
Kevin then returned to advising tier-1 banks and buyside institutions on data management, governance, business process outsourcing, compliance and information management.
